This store uses Printful for order fulfilment. Returns should only be sent to the address provided after contacting us.

Please do not send returns without prior communication.

Returns

We accept returns for defective or misprinted items only.
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return:
1. Email us at [email protected] with photos of the issue.
2. Wait for confirmation and instructions before sending anything back.
3. Returns must be addressed to [Your Store Name] Returns.
The correct return facility address will be provided once approved.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges unless the item is defective or mislabelled.
If you ordered the wrong size or colour, we unfortunately cannot offer a replacement at this time.

Return Address

Returns must not be sent without contacting us first.
Returns sent to the wrong address (e.g., without our approval) will be rejected.
